How the free trial works
Your first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial with 1 new session a day. You give a card when you start, and nothing is charged for 7 days. When the trial ends, the plan you chose starts and its price is charged to that card on that day, then every month or year after. We email you the end date, the price and a cancel link the moment you start. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. One free trial per person, for new sign-ups only.
Billing and cancelling
Plans renew by themselves until you cancel. Cancel any time, online, in the app: Menu, then Plan & billing, then Cancel subscription. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. Yearly plans get an email before they renew. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card number. The Refund and Cancellation Policy has every detail, including when a refund is due.
Changing plans
Move up any time and the bigger plan starts straight away; you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Move down and the change starts when your current period ends.
Have a waitlist code?
Enter it on the checkout page when you start your plan. The discount applies to your first months, then the plan goes to its normal price.
